Michelle Bartolo

I am a 5th year Ph.D. student in Biomathematics at North Carolina State University. I received my M.S. in Applied Mathematics from NC State University in May 2021 and I received my B.S. in Applied Mathematics from Marist College in May 2019.

My research at NC State consists of applying mathematical concepts to problems in cardiovascular health in order to gain an improved understanding about disease pathogenesis and progression. I also have been involved in a variety of mathematics teaching experiences from elementary school through college courses. Read more about my teaching and research through the links below.
